Without a fishing rod i was really starting to miss Broccoli around this point in the game.
Tiny was caught when I fought Plasma in the Cold Storage area, but like I said I'm shifting events around a bit. In case you haven't played the game, I traded Penelope to that kid for his Basculin. It'll be made more clear next episode.
