Heal Pulse: Jello's entire move set is designed to heal. This one doesn't mend bone or cure status ailments, but works great as a basic treatment and first aid.
Flamethrower: Used only to heat water and certain medicines that he makes from berries to help cure status ailments, as well as other functions.
Healing Wish: Going by mystery dungeon logic, it brings his HP to 1 and heals everyone in the room of damage and status ailment. Last resort technique and he'd prefer not to use it, as it is very uncomfortable.
Rest: Used right after Healing Wish, or after a hard job is complete. Or just whenever.

Short History
It is the natural disposition for Audino to want to help others, and Jello is no different. Jello travels the world healing and helping any pokemon in need, and is completely indiscriminate about who he helps. This often gets him in trouble as he makes a habit of going after large, rather dangerous pokemon who are inclined to rage, as well as pokemon that are either known criminals or are just generally cruel. A long time ago when he was still young, Jello was in the mountains near Snowy Village, and came across an injured Skiv. While trying to help the wicked Skarmory, he received the two scars across his face, and later had his eye pecked out. He would have lost the other too but was able to fight Skiv off with his flamethrower. Jello is a very kind soul, and hates hurting anyone, always trying to resolve issues peacefully and through words. Maybe that’s why he gets hurt so much. His battle with Skiv was the first time he ever lashed out at another pokemon, and it wouldn’t be the last.
